Refund Policy

The short version: Task View subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Refunds are processed by Apple or Google directly — not by Task View LLC. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. If you have a billing issue, the links below will take you directly to the right place.

1. How Billing Works

Task View is a subscription app distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Task View LLC does not process payments, store payment information, or have access to your billing details.

Because Apple and Google handle all transactions, all refund requests must go through them directly. Task View LLC cannot issue refunds, credits, or billing adjustments.

2. Free Trial

Task View offers a free trial period. No payment is charged during the trial. The trial period begins on the date of first installation. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, no charge is made. The exact trial duration is displayed in the App Store or Google Play listing at the time of download.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the app until the period ends. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Tap Task View
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions, then tap Task View
  4. Tap Cancel subscription

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or have a billing dispute, contact Apple or Google directly. Apple and Google have their own refund policies and review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Apple — Request a Refund

Use Apple’s official refund request tool: reportaproblem.apple.com

Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription, find the Task View charge, and select Request a Refund.

Google Play — Request a Refund

Use Google’s subscription support page: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

Sign in with the Google account used to purchase the subscription and follow the instructions for subscription refunds.

6. Price Changes

If subscription pricing changes, Apple and Google will notify you in advance before your next renewal. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Current pricing is always available in the App Store or Google Play listing.
